The Vista SDK ships a copy of Visual C++ 2005 (just the compilers). Neil had a patch for this which I've fancied up and seems to work fine.
Pushed: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-build/rev/33d680441b67 The Server 2008 and Windows 7 SDKs install VC9 separately, I'll deal with handling that correctly in bug 446191.
