sometimes the typing has a delay before appearing on the screen

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1 surf the internet
2.type in message boxes
3.
Actual Results:  
sometimes there would be a delay with what i typed appearing on the screen

Expected Results:  
not have a delay

I get a delay on a regular basis on this site. firefox spikes cpu up to 100% for up to 5-10 seconds.  the keyboard delay may be related.

see bug 445261 - I know it's for linux version, but I have the exact same problem in windows.
