Using 2000-08-16-08 commercial build on NT

1. Open a compose window and type some stuff
2. Close the compose window
3. Get "save as draft?" warning

Expected: a way to close the window without saving the contents
Actual: the message can be saved, or left open, but not discarded
Add 4xp polish and nsbeta3 keywords
Keywords: 4xp, nsbeta3, polish
it's the regression of the day...
