when viewing videos on you tube that are not in hd the video gets big and small

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to any you tube video
2.make sure that the video is not in hd or high quality 
3.it should turn big and small
Actual Results:  
i get the same results it gets big and small

Expected Results:  
it should of played it normally when i use internet explorer 8 it dose not do it  

does not happen on 1e8. does happen on safari Firefox see monkey

Hi, I see no difference between Firefox and IE7 in displaying this movie.
Can you update flash and try again? And did you try safe-mode and creating a new profile?

After you update, please create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/kb/managing+profiles, and test to see if your bug still exists. If you still the bug, then please post a comment with the version you tested against, and the problem. If the issue is no longer there, please set the RESOLUTION to  RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
