This is a simple web page that contains a long form using a table for layout. When viewing the page, Firefox often hangs for about ten seconds and chews CPU time before returning to normal. This happens when scrolling down the page after first loading it, and sometimes when selecting one of the checkboxes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the page.
2. Scroll down using the scrollbar, at a speed of about one page per second.
Actual Results:
At some point during the scrolling Firefox hangs for a few seconds, then gets back to normal.

Expected Results:
I expected this simple HTML page to render and scroll quickly and smoothly.
