This is not fixed as the Search all add-ons on build Fennec/1.0a3pre on WindowsCE 5.2 is cut off in the Add-ons manager

Really? Running on what device? I tested this on a 240px wide screen.
I tested this on a samsung omnia
Landed a new patch in bug 512007 that made small changes. Might have fixed it for you. Try it again please.
