Repyling to an email with my secondary entity for the account - sometimes I get a prompt about having forgotten an attachment.

This seems like a recent regression (only starting seeing it last week). Can't really find a patterns in the emails that show up this annoyance.

Are you sure this is really a duplicate of "should explain what triggered it"?

The inconsistency is that for HTML-mode replies, the quote is omitted from the search for matching keywords, whereas it is not for plain-text mode, which you were using in your example. This was stated in bug 244455 comment #67 already.

I'd suggest to reopen this bug to cover that the quote should also be omitted from the keyword search in plain-text composition mode. This is done when spell checking, thus a similar approach may also work for the attachment reminder.

How about we open a new bug if this still pops up once 492438 lands ?
Don't see the reply issue covered either there nor in bug 492555 (which may be a better match), but let's keep an eye on this for a follow-up bug.
Reduping; someone else has filed this specifically, and I don't think it actually is a dupe of any of the other bugs mentioned here, though it may be resolved by any future action in one of those bugs.
