493007 - Skin infos, warnings, and errors appropriately in notification box

The new notification element is pretty plain. It should distinguish appropriately between at least these three types of notifications.

I added icons and a sprite to the repository for this, r25810.

These are the different available notification types. From top to bottom:
- notification
- info
- okay
- warning
- error
