When I am doing a Software Version in Apple Remote Desktop 3.2.2, I compare my Firefox to other machines that have Firefox as well. I have installed 3.0.10 on about 10 machines, running 10.4.11 and 10.5.x, and after the report is finished, it comes back saying those machines have Firefox 3.0.9, instead of 3.0.10.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Apple Remote Desktop
2. Select any computer and select Report > Software Version
3. Highlight Firefox and run the report
Actual Results:
It lists my computer with the correct version (3.0.10) and the remote computer 3.0.9.
Expected Results:
It should state that the remote computer has 3.0.10.
My ARD report results were fine until 3.0.10. I use Apple Remote Desktop extensively to run reports so that I can perform quick updates versus having to login to each machine and run the Firefox updater.
I'm still experiencing the same problems with the new version of Firefox 3.0.11. Would someone please look into this? Thank you.

Even after installing 3.6.12, I am still having these issues. (I needed to wait till I had completed my testing and reports before I wrote on this.)
When I am doing a Software Version in Apple Remote Desktop 3.3.2, I compare my
Firefox to other machines that have Firefox as well. I have installed 3.6.12
on about 10 machines, running 10.4.11 and 10.6.x, and after the report is
finished, it comes back saying those machines have Firefox 3.6.9, instead of
3.6.12.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Apple Remote Desktop
2. Select any computer and select Report > Software Version
3. Highlight Firefox and run the report
Actual Results:
It lists my computer with the correct version (3.6.12) and the remote computer
3.6.9.
Expected Results:
It should state that the remote computer has 3.6.12.
My ARD report results were fine until 3.6.10 and continued to happen in 3.6.11 and 3.6.12. I use Apple Remote Desktop extensively to run reports so that I can perform quick updates versus having to login to each machine and run the Firefox updater.

I wanted to add that I have do Software Version Reports to test my computer against a remote computer with other software, i.e. Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office 2008 (Excel, Word, Entourage, PowerPoint), and they all report the correct version after their updates are installed. Thus, it has to be something with Firefox.
