Debug->Verification->PNG Images sends the browser to an out of date page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Go to the Debug->Verification->PNG Images menu item.

Actual Results:  The browser is sent to
http://www.cdrom.com/pub/png/png-MagnoliaAlpha.html , which is just a page
telling you to correct your links and instead go to
http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/png-MagnoliaAlpha.html

Expected Results:  The browser should be sent to
http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/png-MagnoliaAlpha.html

I know this is no big deal, but it should be very easy to correct. Bug seen on
Win95, but obviously not platform specific (AFAICT).
