493356 - Firefox Initial loading start slow

Firefox initial load start is very slow 40 seconds to load a blank home page
I exhausted all possible remedies to speed it up altering/setting "tools/options"
including altering "about: config" settings.
Best/fastest I got is to start firefox after 40 seconds
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start firefox
2.initial start of firefox
3.initial load blank page 
Actual Results:  
desktop icon
firefox preloader
quick launch icon


Expected Results:  
wait 40 seconds for firefox to launch start

launch start immediately or at most under 5seconds
