Cannot set date and time when creating a Google Calendar event from an email in Gmail

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1)  Open any email
2)  From the "More Actions" drop down choose "Create event"
Actual Results:  
There is a label for "When" but the date and time boxes are missing.

Expected Results:  
There should be either date and time boxes or just date boxes with a "All Day" check box checked.
Prism isn't maintained anymore. Mass closing of the bugs.
