I see that Ehsan made a corresponding change to intl.css in http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/fa/rev/417db4b4f824, the Hebrew guys can do the same, I guess.

Yes.  So can Arabic guys.

We're using bug 486822 as a tracker for bugs which, when solved, can lead to simplifications in intl.css.

I'm downloading the latest 3.5.2pre fa build.  I'll verify this today.
