Details

We have new locales, at at least Assamese is not among the languages one can test on litmus. We should compare the list of locales in litmus with those in all-locales, http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-1.9.1/file/default/browser/locales/all-locales

I've added the current locales that were missing from all-locales and fixed the abbreviations in the cases where they were mismatched. This also involved updating a handful of test results that had been submitted under the old abbrevs.

Note: there are a bunch of locales currently in Litmus that are not in all-locales. I think when I initially set up the locales list in 2005, I simply gathered locales from any Mozilla-related source I could find.
