steps to reproduce:
1.Log into your AMO account
2.Click Edit link for one of your collections
3.click on the tab-Permissions
4.Notice the description message for the section-"Who can manage my collection?"
Description-These users can publish add-ons to your collection, manage *alladd-ons* and settings, and grant other users permission.
There should be a space between "all" and "add-ons"
