Have firefox open with some links in view but focus a different application.
Right click on a link in firefox. This should open the context menu without focusing firefox.
Select "Copy Link Location".
Now try pasting somewhere, you'll find the link location wasn't actually copied.

Is this on 10.4 or on 10.5? Debug or optimized build? Did you open a submenu while moving your mouse cursor to the "Copy Link Location" item?
I can't reproduce this on 10.4 (opt build), unless I open a submenu, which blocks all mouse events to the supermenu.
(We should probably have a separate bug on the submenu thing, but I'm not sure we have... and my patch in bug 443178 might even fix that bug, I can't remember.)

Regular nightly Minefield on 10.5. I didn't open any submenu. I've been seeing this for sometime, only just realised it was caused by minefield being in the background.
