494211 - Migrate or archive content in XUL project directory on www.mozilla.org

Some of the XUL documentation on www.mozilla.org has been moved over
to MDC, so we should either archive any remaining pages that are out of date or
migrate them over to MDC and set up redirects.

I just set up a redirect so that

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/xul/

now sends people to

https://developer.mozilla.org/En/XUL

The only content on that page that wasn't already redirecting to MDC were two XULPlanet links (but XULPlanet now points people to MDC) and a link to the XUL 1.0 spec (which hasn't been updated since 2001).

Is there any content left in /projects/xul that isn't on MDC that is still relevant?  If not, I'll archive what's there (like the spec) and set up redirects for anything else.

No one objected to removing the old pages in the XUL project directory on www.mozilla.org so I just archived them.  All old pages that haven't been redirected will automatically send people to the pages on the archive site at:

http://www-archive.mozilla.org/projects/xul/

If any of these pages need to be brought back to www.mozilla.org or migrated to MDC or somewhere else, please feel free to reopen this bug.
