Using 8/17 commercial win32 build, when I attempt to view source for a web page, I get the view source window but content is never layed out. The window just captures whatever content is underneath it.
we can't ship with view source being broken...

"view/page source" in mailnews was *badly* broken already on the 15th.. Was that filed? Bug still here in 2000081709 (M18 linux) but web source displays OK. Mail source bug separate bug?
In this bug I was referring to browser view source. we already have a bug for mail view source.....
8/18 Nightly on Win32 works fine. Can somebody verify with the 8/18 commercial? IMO, This should have been a smoketest blocker.
Win32 (2000-08-21-08 M18) View->Page source displays content. However, the first line (menu items) are replicated. The duplicated line collides with the Returned Path line. Linux build not ready yet.

Tip build pulled today (on NT) is showing source in View Source window reliably (10 out of 10 times on 10 different pages). It is extremely slow, however, and is pegging the CPU for several seconds coming up and going down, even on relatively small pages.

Working reliably on Linux too. Is anybody still seeing this problem?
I'm guessing this has been fixed or is environment specific. My last two days builds on NT and Linux are fine. Marking WORKSFORME. Please re-open with more specific information if you are still seeing the problem. Thanks.

I am not seeing this on Linux or NT either, I saw it when it was broken though but now it is ok. Verifying.
