49425 - Personal toolbar buttons/folders badly spaced in classic

DESCRIPTION:  In my build from this morning (and I think this has been around
for a few days), the spacing of the personal toolbar buttons has become very
uneven.  I think that:
 * the spacing around folders got bigger
 * the spacing around non-folders got smaller

I think this is a regression sometime recently (past few days, I think).

I'll attach a screenshot showing the problem.
