When I try to set home page , the web page reverts to the Yoog search engine

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to tools
2.Options
3.Type in new home page (ie.Google)
Actual Results:  
Search engine YOOG come up automatically


Google search engine should appear.
