User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4) Gecko/20090427 Fedora/3.5-0.20.beta4.fc11 Firefox/3.5b4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4) Gecko/20090427 Fedora/3.5-0.20.beta4.fc11 Firefox/3.5b4 Right now, sort accomplished within each sub-menu by right clicking and selecting "Sort By Name." This task could be better accomplished either recursively through menus or one at a time with a "Sort By Name" and/or "Sort All Bookmarks By Name." This feature could exclude the bookmarks toolbar. Since bookmarks quickly become disorganized and out-of-order, this feature would simplify organization, which is rather arcane right now (first open "Organize Bookmarks" menu, then right click on the folder that you want to sort. Thanks. Reproducible: Always
Sort All Bookmarks sounds like an awesome way to cause disruption of all users work in reordering bookmarks, when hit by error. It could ask for confirmation, sure, but maybe this is better for extensions.

This is something I will be working on. Once I finish it, I will post it here. Thanks for the great idea.
you should make a restartless add-on with that feature, it might definitely be useful to some of our users.
