User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042316 Firefox/3.0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042316 Firefox/3.0.10 My bookmarks show up in the drop down window but not under "organize bookmarks" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.click on bookmarks 2.click on "organize bookmarks" 3. A "Library" window shows up but no bookmarks are listed anywhere Actual Results: I just get an "empty" Library window Expected Results: My bookmarks should have been listed so I can organize them
installing current 3.5 version (RC1 will be out soon) will probably fix your problem. Before doing any experiment i suggest you to backup yor profile: http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Backing+up+your+information Your left pane in the Library is probably corrupt, you could try to restore a bookmarks backup in Library Window / Import & Backup / Restore. Alternatively you could close the browser, delete places.sqlite from your profile folder, and restart the browser. BEWARE: this way you will lose your history, but bookmarks will be restored.
as last request, if you will, compress your places.sqlite file and send it to me by mail so i can analyze it. don't attach it here, for privacy reasons.
not enough informations to debug this.
