Certain Health and Beauty items I attempt to view on eBay display "Invalid Item" page and displays something similar to this message: "Unfortunately, access to this particular listing or item has been blocked due to a Paris commercial court decision that bans trade of certain authentic perfumes and cosmetic products on eBay because of French selective distribution laws..." I'm in the USA and there should be no reason for this message to appear. I've done the same search using Safari and FireFox, and both of those have no problems displaying the same items.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search for something on USA eBay that's Health and Beauty related.
2. Click on different results to view the items.
3. Some of the items displayed in the search display "Invalid Item" and mentions French laws.
Actual Results:  
"Invalid Item" page displays talking about laws in Paris.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the item page.

I'm using basic Camino with no themes or any plug-ins. I'm using a new Aluminum MacBook 2.4 GHz with no modifications to the OS or hardware.

And please, please, PLEASE complain as loudly as you can to eBay. This method of determining location is completely asinine.
