Regression in today's build... using aug 18 commercial builds

The filter rules dialog Action dropdowns have resized in today's builds.  The
Action dropdown is shortened to where the default action text "Move to Folder"
doesn't fully display and the value dropdown has widened.

If so, you may want to make a notation in the bug so we know :-)
this is a worksforme in today's build!
this would have been an XPToolkit bug though
