The Persona_Header_TEMPLATE.psd file referenced on the How to Create Personas page when loaded from the dynamic website <http://personas.services.mozilla.com/demo_create> is being served as text/plain, which causes it to appear as text in one's browser window rather than being downloaded when it is loaded:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8


On the static version of the site it is correctly served as application/octet-stream:

It should be served as application/octet-stream from both sites.
