An accessibility improvement for 5.0.6 would be to add outline styles to all elements that can be tabbed to. (:active css pseudoclass) It's very common (and the default styling in browsers) to have an outline to whichever element you've tabbed to. And it helps with accessibility for those navigating via keyboard. I tried removing the few styles I found regarding outlines, but some elements still refused to show focus when tabbed to. Will need more digging.

r27049 For QA: All 'tabbable' elements should get an outline now. (links, buttons, form fields, etc).
