User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; fr; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042315 Firefox/3.0.10
Build Identifier: 3.0.10

Extensions such as: Firebug, McAfee SiteAdvisor, Personas for Firefox, ScrapBook, Xmarks and Zotero are all missing from the bottom window.
I'm back to normal when Jetpack is deactivated.

Reproducible: Always
Are you using the Personal Tab Monitor?

What is that? An extension? If so my answer is no.
The Personal Tab Monitor is a Jetpack script that loads in the status bar. I filed Bug 494900 about that specific script which had the same problem you have, but since you do not appear to use that Jetpack script, this bug is not a duplicate of the bug I filed, which was my first assumption.
I don't use the Personal Tab Monitor. The only Jetpack feature I have installed is the Weather statusbar panel. Yet I also experienced this problem.

However, after uninstalling Weather and restarting Firefox the problem went away. And it stayed away after I reinstalled Weather, even after another Firefox restart. So whatever the problem was, it seems to be resolved now for me.
Summary: Extensions are gone → Status bar panels from other extensions disappear when Jetpack is installed
This is a duplicate of Bug 494900, since that the issue has been expanded to include all Jetpack modules that use the status bar.

I will update Bug 494900 that the issue also affects Mac OSX.
