Attachment: Patch to add mibbit as an irc handler for mk locale

I just now realized that the mibbit irc handler was an opt-in affair, while I thought we are getting it by default.

So I'd like to request review to add mibbit irc handler to the macedonian locale for Firefox 3.5

r=me. Please land this patch on branch (1.9.1) and trunk (l10n-central) using a descriptive check-in comment, mentioning the bug number and my review (e.g. "Bug 495041: Add Mibbit, r=stas").

Please use fixed1.9.1 and verified1.9.1 keywords in this bug to track landing and verification on the 1.9.1 branch. Also, please let Axel know about the landing and the new opt-in revision in the 3.5 RC1 opt-in thread in the mozilla.dev.l10n newsgroup. Thanks.
