Seen while testing Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.1pre) Gecko/20090527 Shiretoko/3.5pre. Also seen using 10.5.

STR:
1. Visit http://tinyvid.tv/
2. Switch between "Home", "Search" and "Upload"

When you switch between each section you will see a white dotted line appear to the left of the selection.

That tinny dotted line is just the focussing ring when clicking the link(s). You only see one edge because the links are code with 'overflow: hidden' resulting in the 3 other edges being invisible.
You'll the same if you use the keyboard to access the links (tab key).
