Whenever I start fennec.exe, the error dialog which outputs msvcr90d.dll not found. The error message is written in Japanese so I can not paste here as it is.

Append -DEFAULTLIB:MSVCRTD option to LDFALSG in xulrunner/stub/Makefile.in
solves this issue, but I do not think it is correct.

On non-debug build, there is the same issue except bug the dll is MSVCR90.DLL.
Summary: msvcr90d.dll not found error on start up → msvcr90d.dll or mscvr90.dll not found error on start up

Append msvcrt or msvcrtd to OS_LIBS.
I do not have any idea except but this fix.

Is this XulRunner and/or Fennec specific (now)?
Would it just be missing to package this dll? (See what Firefox does.)
NB: Debug should be similar, but let's fix Opt first.
