"Sort by" select widget shouldn't require a click on the "Go" button; it should listen for onChange

Details

The "Sort by" select widget on https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/editors_picks is inconsistent with how the "Other languages" select widget works; the former requires an explicit "Go" click, while the latter seems to listen for onChange. I think we should make the "Sort by" select widget load the selected URL when onChange is fired.

we should hide the go button for users with JS to be consistent with the rest of the site

Verified FIXED -- with/without JS enabled; works well (I'm dealing with rockstars here). I filed bug 495285 to bring consistency to the "Other languages" <select> widget.
