Apparently tiki doesn't like the second half of the language to be lowercase. So in the interest of tiki consistency (and to avoid breaking stuff), we should have the language be sr-CYRL

r26590 / r26591

Renamed both sr-Cyrl and sr-Latn to sr-CYRL and sr-LATN, respectively, because of tiki's (lib/language.php) handling.

Verified FIXED /sr now redirects to http://support-stage.mozilla.org/sr-CYRL/kb/.

Just as an fyi, the release date for SUMO 1.1 had to be pushed back to Thursday June 11 because of insufficient time to test all new features and fix any remaining problems. This means that changes for this locale will not be active on support.mozilla.com until tomorrow. Thanks for your patience!
