Today (5/28) at 2:09am PDT until 2:16am I received 821 email notifications for

This is the first time I have received a notification. I didn't expect any. I went to my preferences and removed "automatically subscribe".

Sorry if I wasn't specific... theose email subjects above are the prefixes and they were populated correctly. Example:

I haven't heard any more complaints, so I assume so.  However, email notifications aren't being sent at all right now, and fixing that is the first step.
