Clicking on the ".html" link shows a result page wherein the expected
result and the actual result are not the same.

2. Click the "Reset" link on the left side of the browser
3. Click the "res003.html" link on the right side of the browser

Expected Result:
Reset

Actual Result:
reset

Out of date testcase, the type attribute on input elements are all lowercase
even if this violates the DOM spec, if we change this a large number of sites on
the web will break, marking INVALID.
