Bug 482458 introduced UI for the Archive functionality, including a menu item, shortcut and context menu entry. We might just as well add a customizable toolbar button. Whether it should be part of the default set is up for discussion but first we'd need graphics for both Classic and Modern. The code changes should be relatively simple then.
