ran start-msvc9.bat in accordance with https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Windows_Build_Prerequisites exiting to cmd before final lines get executed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run start-msvc9
Actual Results:  
Batch file terminates with Framework32\v2.0.50727 was unexpected at this time. which gets printed onscreen and does not get into a log.

Expected Results:  
batch file should run to completion

latest version now works. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/libraries/win32/MozillaBuildSetup-1.3.exe needs to be updated.
