IE7 places the "Download Now" button for the Pixel Perfect Add-on banner out of line with the other buttons, to accommodate the Experimental add-ons warning.

If this is the correct behavior, the bug can be resolved as invalid.

No, that seems to lead to problems on the browse page (screen shot to follow).

Also, I suggest if the fix is IE-only or IE7-only, that you put it into the special css file, in order not to break other browser's functionality in the process.

I agree, and there have been some updates since the original bug was filed, which have improved the UI for this issue anyway.
