In bug 494866, I introduced global user agent detection patterns (for sniffing Firefox's and SeaMonkey's browser versions) in addons.js.

The same file contains a few other regexes that do (almost) the same. We should make these use the global pattern consistently.

While at it, we could probably also fix bug 439980, as that's part of the code that'll be touched.

Note that this is not in-scope for the 5.0.6 redesign.
I think it's used everywhere now.
