hovering over the drop down menu causes the menu to appear in the upper right corner of the pages. This then stays until I close and reopen the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefoz
2.hover over 'tools' 
3. the tools menu comes to stay
Actual Results:  
menu stays until ff is closed and reopened

Expected Results:  
should not appear in corner and should dissapear when not hovering

Can you please run Firefox in safe mode (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode)? Does it still happen? I think this could be a problem with an extension.

I've disabled a handful of extensions and the behavior has stopped. I will enable them one be one until the problem returns.

Any update? Have you had the chance to check which extension caused this problem?

No updates - I didn't really need the add-ons that I disabled and so left them off. I have just enabled 5 and will advise if the problem recurs.

Ok, but if you would find the time we would really appreciate it. The same thing could happen for other users and it would even be nice to see it fixed for the add-on itself. Closing as incomplete for now.
