Content blocking applies equally to FTP sites as it does for http/s websites, but Page Info ignores it. I'm not sure what to do about other standard URLs.
What are exact steps (click by click) in order to reproduce the problem? Testcase very welcome...

Firefox PageInfo doesn't have a Permissions tab any more, But SeaMonkey has. I'll move this bug to SeaMonkey.
