STR: 1. Load https://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/screencast+testing! (I used Shiretoko) 2. Click on the 2nd "Watch a video of these instructions" link 3. From the popup, click "Watch video in Flash format" Expected: Flash video plays Actual: Just get the video frame w/controls, but it never plays
So, it turns out I just uploaded a bjorked flv. I stole one from the mozilla.com site, uploaded it, and it works fine in the launcher and thumbnails. Though, the issue at play here could be that the player doesn't support pre-flv 1.1 flv files. It shouldn't be an issue, but it could be an issue if folks are using outdated conversion or screen capture software. (pre-flv 1.1 didn't include metadata, or so it seems). Resolve this?
I think I was supposed to resolve this last night, yeah?
