This was reported in the Litmus result:

If a user has temporarily accepted a self-signed SSL certificate we should not show the exception again after leaving the Private Browsing mode in the same session.

Steps:
1. Browse to a site where you get an exception like https://paypal.de/de
2. Enter and Leave the Private Browsing mode
3. Reopen https://paypal.de/de

After step 3 the security exception dialog is presented again to the user.
