496033 - Promo box link tweaks

Right now the collection links in the homepage promo module are:
"Like these? Find more add-ons in [collection name]."

We should add the lowercase tab name and the word collection, so that it looks like:
"Like these? Find more [strtolower(tab name)] add-ons in the [collection name] collection."
for example,
"Like these? Find more web development add-ons in the Web Developer's Toolbox collection."

Also, we should have more left padding on this link, as shown in the original mockups.

^^ that is all a wontfix according to 1.6 in the spec

I agree this is currently crowding the side.

OK, the tab name stuff can be stricken. The addition of "the" and "collection" is part of the spec, though.

So, to be explicit, the new text should be:
"Like these? Find related add-ons in the [collection name] collection."
as was in the original spec.
