Better search functionality requiered for bugs in "Step 1 of 3 - has your bug already been reported?", an option to choose between 'containing all the words' and 'containing at least one word' should be there, like Google's advanced search.

The guided form is for inexperienced users. Better is to not ask them for more criteria (and Bugzilla does a fulltext search anyway, so it will return bugs based on relevance).
