When users decide to make a contribution to an add-on, they will be taken to PayPal to complete the process. However, changing the default contribution amount w/ PayPal's interface is very unintuitive. Let's let the user decide how much they want to contribute before we pass them off to PayPal.

Some questions that came up while putting this together:

* Do we let the user specify the currency of their contribution? If not, do we use the currency the developer specified, or of the user's locale? If the latter, do we do currency conversions?
* Same question regarding the 'accpeted forms of payment' image. Perhaps PayPal can do this for you?
* The 'What's this?' link: where does it go? I'm thinking a FAQ page of some sort (a la the Add-on Collector's), but a pop-up would work if we can condense the language enough.
* Feature tipping: should this be done before or after the contribution is made?

The flow is actually slightly different- since Paypal says don't generate buttons on the fly, we should have the box contain two options.  One is "Contribute $5" and the other would be "Contribute a different amount".  Then users determine the alternate amount after the jump.

Where would feature tipping fit into this flow? Would it have to come after going to PayPal, or could it happen before?

Feature tipping is a phase 2 thing- I think we'd have to do it before going to Paypal but may need to do it after.  I'll contact Paypal to see what the options are there.
