steps to reproduce: 1.Log in to your Mozservice account 2.Navigate to "Your pledge" page 3.Enter "-200"under hours to pledge and submit expected result: submission fails with error message actual result: submission is successful.However,these hours are not counted towards "hours donated"
Fixed. Should fail with an error now.
