Content of <DIV> isn't updated if JavaScript set its
innerHTML attribute.

(1) Open the testcase I'll attach below.
(2) Push "Click" button. "first" is displayed. But "second" and
"third" should be displayed. You can see them if you iconize the
window and restore it.

This bug is observed on Win98 2000081908. May be a dup of
bug 46124, but the testcase of it works correctly on 2000081908.

I think innerHTML is IE-specific and intentionally not supported. Marking invalid.
