My application should take a HTC Navigation Wheel gesture and display a messagebox with the distance the finger traveled across the wheel and the rotation per second number.(I don't have a HTC Diamond/Touch Pro so I can't run the app)

Reproducible: Didn't try



Expected Results:  
Should display a messagebox with the event raised by the Navigation Wheel gesture.

Alexandru - I installed the cab from http://students.info.uaic.ro/~ionut.cristei/HTCNav/HTCNavTesterDeploy.CAB on my HTC Touch Pro. It seemed to install to "Program Files\HTCNavTesterDeplot".

I ran the GetData.exe application. It displayed a white, blank screen with "OK" and "Help" menu buttons. I ran my finger over the touch wheel and around in a circle, but nothing happened.

No message dialog displayed any data.

It's great to get some help on testing FEnnec with your own applications, but please head over to the #mobile on irc.mozilla.org or e-mail someone on the mobile team to get some help. Bugzilla should be used for bug tracking on issues with Fennec itself. Moving this bug to resolved:invalid

sorry for bug spam.
Many of the bugs which are marked invalid, I see comments telling it occurred in one version or other. But later it was fixed due to 1) by backingout the patch which made regression or 2) by fixing some other bug.
So if we can identify the bug/patch/reason then we should state that and mark those as FIXED. If not mark as WORKSFORME in that case.
