steps to reproduce:
1.Login to your sumo account.
2.Go to https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-editpage.php?page=kokok&quickedit=Edit&login
3.Notice that under "Upload Screencast"-Flash video is mentioned as required.
observed behavior:
User can submit an article without uploading screencasts.
Though the required condition is for screencasts only this may lead to confusion wherein the user thinks that to submit an article uploading a flash video is required.

This is just changing the wording - David can you suggest some new wording?

I suggest we WONTFIX this bug. It doesn't seem that misleading since it's clearly separated in its own "Upload Screencast" section. Do others disagree?

I'm going to set this to WONTFIX so it's off my radar for today, but if someone disagrees, just reopen it (per comment 2).
