I'm in Canada. If I go to <http://store.mozilla.com/> or <http://store.mozilla.org/>, I get redirected to <http://intlstore.mozilla.org/>, and there's a message saying "We cannot detect which country you are in.
If you are in the Americas 
Click Here"

When I click on that link, I get redirected back to <http://intlstore.mozilla.org/>, which has the same message.
